POSITION SUMMARY

Our Greenskeepers are an integral part of our Grounds Maintenance team ensuring high quality of work so we can deliver an exceptional experience to our Members by providing the finest of golfing facilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greenskeepers, under the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent, perform routine manual labour involved in golf course maintenance; do semiskilled grounds construction and maintenance work; operate small hand-powered equipment; and occasionally perform work involving large equipment such as tractors, loaders, and mowers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Be fully flexible to work days, weekends and holidays
• Be able to work in a large team environment
• Quality verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, problem solve, work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Be able to lift up to 10 lbs constantly, 20 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally
• Previous experience is an asset
• Possession of a valid G1 Drivers License
