HOUSEKEEPING (CLEANERS)

POSITION SUMMARY

Our Housekeeping staff are an integral part of our Clubhouse Operations. Accountable for ensuring that The Pulpit Clubhouse, Gazebo, The Paintbrush Clubhouse and on-course washrooms are clean, sanitized and orderly while doing everything possible to meet and exceed our standards. General light maintenance, cleaning, sanitizing and stocking is necessary to keep the Clubhouse, offices and on-course facilities running efficiently during hours of operation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas as outlined on the daily duties check sheet(s).
• Clean and sanitize all washrooms including staff and Member’s locker rooms.
• Vacuum, clean and wash the floors as needed.
• Wipe all windows, doors, mirrors of dirt and fingerprints.
• Dust all furniture, pictures, televisions and blinds.
• Clean lights and change light bulbs as required
• Collect all garbage in the Locker Rooms and take to designated area(s)
• Restock locker rooms as needed
• Maintain pool and deck areas
• Light maintenance and other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Be fully flexible to evenings, weekends and holidays
• High school education preferred
• Previous experience an asset
• Quality verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, problem solve, work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Be able to lift up to 20 lbs frequently, 10 lbs constantly
• Take great pride in ensuring a healthy and clean environment
• Possession of a valid G2 or G drivers licence is an asset
